  • Push Up + Sit Through x 10 (5/side) 
  • 1 and 1/2 Rep KB Goblet Squats x 8 
  • KB Push Press/Bent Row Combo x 5/each 
  • Jumping Lunges x 10/side

  • 50 Jumps
  • 20 Swings, 12kg
