Swing warm up - 12kg, 50 swings
LCCJ - 12kg
For 10 minutes, at the top of each minute:
C&J 5r/5l - Rest for any remaining time each minute
* This was harder than expected, but fun! Rests were only 5-10 seconds. I'm glad I started with 12kg.
Swings - all (15/15)

* 2x8kg, 10 sw
* 16kg, 10 sw
* 20kg, 10 sw
Planned to do more, but got pressed for time.
