  2. Hey Nadine! Nice to see you! How's your training going? I've been messing with some of Tracy's older workouts lately.

    I downloaded Yogadownload's iPad app ($3.99) and it streams all of their free stuff, plus they put out some longer bonus sessions occasionally. I'm kinda addicted to it. :)
