* 24kg, 10 2-hd sw, 15/15

For 5 minutes, alternate:
* 24kg, 10 2-hd sw, 15/1
* 20kg, 10 2-hd sw, 15/15

200 swings, 10 minutes

Then foam roll and Jill Miller post-athletic stretch
