Foam roll and mobility warm up

Hip thrusts - 1 x 20 @ 45lb; 2 x 20 @ 65lb
Squats - 3 x 12 @ 63lb
RDL - 3 x 20 @ 75lb
Step ups - 3 x 10/10 @ 12kg goblet
Kettlebell swings - 10 x 10 @ 20kg, 15 sec rest between sets 
Clams - 1 x 30/30
