* warm up and first half
* all pull ups assisted with wide band
* all push ups on knees
* other exercises done with 20# DBs
* I plan to include some kind "pull up centric" training once a week or so
Quadomination
* 2x12kg kettlebell racked squats
* 8 x 8
* :45-1:00 rest between sets
10 minutes of Ab Ripper X
